About

About TREP

Tourbineau Real Estate Partners (TREP) is an investment firm that is purpose-built to acquire and reposition ‘inflection point’ real estate – buildings with a combination of un-stabilized income streams and deferred capital. We seek out buildings where a plan for the next chapter needs to be formulated and then executed by a team that has the experience, drive, and fortitude to take on challenging projects.

Investing in the Future is our ethos. It means that we focus not on what is but on what something can become. It permeates everything we do, from how we look at a building to how we view a neighborhood to how we engage with people.
